About me

TH Schee, a serial social entrepreneur who rode a BMW across Australia in 1992. has pioneered several web projects that spawned dozens of startups since 2002. In 2006, he co-founded Association of Digital Cultures Taiwan, the Wikimania 2007 local host in Taipei, and in 2009 managed to mobilized digital communities for crowdsourcing government data in crisis response, the first of it’s kind in this region. Other popular programs include Puncar, the largest digital inclusion project at local level, and was later awarded Honorary Mention in Digital Communities from Prix Ars Electronica. He also co-founded MobileMonday Taipei Chapter, and has advised both political parties at mayoral and presidential election on web campaign since 2007. Existing ventures via Code for Tomorrow include the Data Science Program, a data-driven social enterprise, and various partnership programs that span across healthcare, urban development and public service innovation. He has also been an invited specialist for the UN-GGIM, International Committee (Digital Communities) of Prix Ars Electronica, and Mayor Advisor to the city of Taipei. He has worked extensively with four startups in the past decade.
